[ITK] How to upgrade ITK from 4.09 to 4.10?

Dear Yili,
if you just built from source, you can safely delete both your sources and
your binaries, then download ITK 4.10.0, and repeat the process for
configuration/generation through CMake and compilation.
Then you can link your own code against the libraries built.
