[ITK] How to upgrade ITK from 4.09 to 4.10?

Hi,
  I installed ITK 4.09 on Ubuntu 14.04 from source code built with CMake.
  It seems that there is no command "make uninstall" generated, so I want
to ask that how to upgrade ITK from 4.09 to 4.10?
