Hi all,
I am quiet new to registration and I am having difficulty understanding the
Jacobian matrix calculated in translation transform. From my understanding,
the ComputeJacobianWithRespectToParameters should calculate the shift of
EACH voxel with respect to parameters, thus the matrix size should be
related with number of voxels? But the Jacobian matrix here is only related
with image dimensions? (3 by 3 for 3D image). Can anyone help me understand
this?
And I am confused for other transformation methods such as rigid, where is
the Jacobian calculated? Thanks!
Best,
Lianli
