Hi Nick and Sean,

I think since what I really care about ITK for is installing ANTS, I'm going
to try Nick's method, since he claims that ANTS should install ITK on its
own.  

Nick:
Do I need to download everything from the github link you sent?  I already
downloaded ANTS from the ANTS website. I'll also bring this conversation
into a thread on the ANTS forum now and no longer continue it here
