[CMake] Running ctest tests from the test source directory

cmake --help-command add_test

add_test(NAME <name> [CONFIGURATIONS [Debug|Release|...]]
           [WORKING_DIRECTORY dir]
           COMMAND <command> [arg1 [arg2 ...]])
