[CMake] XCode compiler selection

Hi Andrew,

I do this from a toolchain file (ie, cmake
-DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=mytoolchainfile.cmake)

SET(CMAKE_XCODE_ATTRIBUTE_GCC_VERSION my.compiler.here.llvmgcc42 CACHE
STRING "" FORCE)

and it works OK.
