[CMake] Configure Mac OS X for 32-bit

Backing up on this tread a bit....   The change was not in CMake but 
rather in Mac OS X.  On 10.6 with CMake 2.6.4 and 2.8.1 the default 
build is 64 bit.   This was a change in gcc.
