[CMake] Subversion_WC_INFO and git svn

(For the record)

Following your advice, I just added the following condition

IF( EXISTS ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/.svn/ )
	...
ENDIF()

And now it works fine!

Even if this condition is not included in FindSubversion.cmake, I  
guess it could be added in the documentation (header) of this file.
