In a very narrow set of circumstances, yes.  Normally, it never comes up.

My recollection was that the drag-n-drop generator handled the 
one-binary-per-bundle use case well, but isn't general enough for my 
situation (multiple binaries, multiple external libraries, shared data, 
etc).  Where does the drag-n-drop generator install files within the bundle?
