[CMake] Moving QT getting FIND_PACKAGE( Qt4 ) to work

Have you looked here?
http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5/installation.html
If you still have problems getting a working Qt installation, you can as 
the Qt list.
CMake will work with any good installation of Qt.
