[CMake] Problem with recognising the MSYS environment

The default on Windows is to generate for Visual Studio.

cygwin -> -G"Unix Makefiles" 
msys -> -G"MSYS Makefiles"
mingw (i.e. via cmd.exe shell) -> -G"MinGW Makefiles"
