[CMake] Inconsistent CTest/CMake variable naming

I prefer to pick just a few worm at time than :) 

XXX_BINARY_DIR/XXX_SOURCE_DIR is something 99% of the cmake users know.  IMHO 
this justifies adding the clutter of making CTEST_XXX_DIR an alias for 
CTEST_XXX_DIRECTORY.
