I was actually in the progress of changing everything to the cpack_add_
commands when your email arrived. 
However, adding Unspecified to CPACK_COMPONENTS_ALL (as per your
suggestion) did the trick. Thank you!

Are you deprecating the old SET(...) way of doing components?
