[CMake] PATCH: Eclipse CDT4 Generator

Hello,

I have a patch for correctly handling the
executable_ouput_path/CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY variables as well
as the library_output_path in the Eclipse CDT4 Generator.

Could someone inspect and apply this patch?

I also have a patch for the following bug for your consideration:
