[CMake] Passing in different CMake options with initial configure step with CTest

Hello,

Is there a way to get Ctest, in standard dashboard client mode, to use a different set of options for the cmake configure than for the later real configure after the update?  My Ctest scripts will be much more robust if I could do this.
