[CMake] FindBoost.cmake oddities

FindBoost.cmake from CMake 2.6.2 and 2.6.3RC5 fails to bind the Boost
1.34.0 headers when building KDE on Windows, too.

I have not found the time to debug the issue but I've been able to
work around it by using the FindBoost.cmake from 2.6.0.
