[CMake] where is the INSTALL command ?

Alternatively, I would suggest to backport CMake 2.4.6 to Ubuntu 6.06.  
It is really easy to build the CMake 2.4.6 Ubuntu package and it runs  
flawlessly (I have been using it on KUbuntu 6.06 amd64 for months)
