[CMake] selected CMAKE flags

At the end of my top-level CMakeList.txt file I print out a bunch of
info for debug purposes: compiler, compiler flags, selected features,
etc. Is there an easy way to print out the CXX_FLAGS and C_FLAGS for
the selected build type for this purpose?
