[Cmake] [PATCH] kdevelop generator for cmake

Hi, 
 
here comes a (AFAICT) working KDevelop 3 generator for cmake. 
The diff is against current cvs. 
cmake -GKDevelop3 .  
will generate standard Unix Makefiles and additionally kdevelop project 
files in every directory with targets. 
 
Comments, ideas, ... ? 
Do I have to change something before you consider applying it to cvs ?
