[Cmake] does the GENERATED property work ?

Ok, after stripping it down almost completely, I saw the one single place
where I 
didn't use the complete path to the generated file, turned it into the
complete 
path, and now it works :-) 
(it was the command where I added the generated file to the list of sources)
