[Cmake] Fwd: compiling out of place

Works fine for me. My sources are on a read-only drive, so I'm sure it works
(using 2.0.3 on WinXP and HP-UX). Are you sure you started cmake in the
out-of-source directory? Maybe you are running a batch file that does a cd
to your source dir?
