[Cmake] Cmake with mingw32 and MSYS?

Hello

I am new to Cmake (Dr Dobbs article) and am downloading it.

Does it work with mingw32?  

I have two versions of mingw32.  An old one with gcc-2.95.2
and a newer one with gcc 3.x MSYS.

Any hints would be appreciated.
