[Cmake] trouble using cmake to build VTK on mac OSX

Hy Byron,

On our OSX, the compilers are gcc/gcc3 for CC and g++/g++3 for C++. If
that is the case (type gcc --version), then you do not have to set CC or
CXX.

I am not sure about those missing files though.
