[Cmake] PDBTYPE is no longer supported

Using Cmake 1.6.6, NMake and the MS .net compiler I'm getting the following
warning a lot.

  LINK : warning LNK4224: /PDBTYPE is no longer supported;  ignored

I'm using the Standard edition of the .net compiler, which has no
optimization.

Perhaps the /pdbtype:sept option should be dropped for msvc 7?
