[Cmake] building today's CMake from cvs

I just tried it here and it worked.  However,
I do not have QT on my machine.   It looks like it is linking
in qtmain.lib which is causing the problem.   I looked at
the CMakeLists.txt files and do not see how that could happen.
Do you have any locally modified files?
