[Cmake] possible a bug in CMake cvs version about QT_WRAP_UI

Hello, Brad,
because QT_WRAP_UI in the version1.4 generated multiple targets for every
.ui file  and also version1.6 didn't work in our machines, I downloaded a
cvs version(1.7) yesterday, I found the command QT_WRAP_UI didn't work
also, I checked the generated-Makefile, and found it didn't call
qt/bin/uic and qt/bin/moc to compile the .ui to generate .h and .cxx
files.
Am I wrong ?
