[Cmake] Documentation ? Do we need Word, PDF ?

Hi

Sorry for that :) Do we really need README, Word and PDF docs (especially 
since the Word and PDF have been compressed recently...) ? It does not seem 
to me that any of them is synced with the other :)

I guess a single LaTeX file could be translated to RTF, Text, HTML and PDF, 
but this require a good LaTeX knowledge :)

Couldn't we just focus on a single, up-to-date HTML documentation ? 
Everyone has a browser.
