[CDash] Is "cypress" something new in CDash 3.3?

Hi Sean,

Yes, that is the correct cypress. It's a relatively new addition to CDash's
test suite for end-to-end frontend testing.

You can skip installing this dev dependency by running `export
NODE_ENV=production` before calling `npm install`.

Please let us know if that doesn't get you unstuck.
