[CDash] Is "cypress" something new in CDash 3.3?

Hi all,

I'm currently still using CDash 3.2, but just tried installing 3.3 and 
3.4 in a VM.  At the `npm install` step I get:

```
npm error code 1
npm error path 
/usr/local/etc/apache24/cdash2.rogue-research.com/CDash/node_modules/cypress
npm error command failed
npm error command sh -c node index.js --exec install
npm error Platform: "freebsd" is not supported.
```

I'm not sure where this error message is coming from... is it from 
https://www.npmjs.com/package/cypress ?  Is that something newly added 
in 3.3 vs 3.2?
