[Cdash] CDash upgrade problems

I have a machine upgraded to Debian 7.0 and the CDash website doesn't function 
well.  I also upgraded from CDash 1.8 to 2.0 at the same time.

For example:
- The list of updated files doesn't show up
- Columns headers can't be clicked for sorting

Any pointers on where to go from here to find out where the problem is at?

I'm using:
PHP 5.4.4-14
Apache/2.2.22
