[Cdash] coverage color palette

Hi Zack,

I think we need to make this customizable per user. I suggest that we 
have a palette selector with a couple of predefined palettes, like the 
one you have now, and save it as a session in the cookie for users 
without login or in the database profile for users with login.

What do you think?
