[Cdash] Expected Build cannot be removed?

Hi Thomas,

I finally got a chance to fix the issue. If you replace the 
ajax/expectedbuildgroup.php with the attached file then it should work 
as expected, otherwise let me know.

The patch is also available in the current 2.0 SVN branch of CDash.
