[Cdash] patch for websvn diff view

Hi,

Unsure if we have some kind of special version of websvn, but the default
viewer in CDash does not work. Just in case it is useful for something, I
send you my tiny patch which at least fixes the diff view (for us).
Probably not optimal though, I just changed it until it worked well enough.

And in case you want to check, here is one of the projects on our server:
