[Cdash] CDash 2.0 Release

On behalf of Dave, Zach, JC, Bill, myself and the rest of the CDash 
team, we are pleased to announce that CDash 2.0.2 is available for 
download at: http://www.cdash.org

We will be broadcasting a short live webinar presenting the new features

More than 60 bugs have been fixed for this release and among the new 
features:

  * New and Simplified layout
  * Better management of asynchronous submission
  * Support for PostGreSQL 9
  * Improved security
  * Support for log rotation
  * Better support for new repository browsers
  * Improved users administration

Documentation on how to upgrade from previous CDash installations is
