[Cdash] CDash Coverage Code submission via XML

Hi cdashers,

is there an XML example on how to submit the covered code of each file
for Coverage submissions using XML?

Background: We hooked up coverage testing using JSCoverage for
Javascript files to CDash and we also have the coverage data for each
line of code but don't submit it now. See
