The Clients tab is visible only to project admins. Where did you set
CDASH_MANAGE_CLIENTS to 1? In config.php or config.local.php? Is there
another setting of that variable below/after yours?

I can't reproduce this behavior... What browser are you using? It
works for me on my Mac with Safari, and on Windows with Firefox...

What is the intent of your 2nd repo? Is it an additional source tree,
separate data, or something overlaid on top of the first source tree,
or used as a sub-module...?
The multiple repositories functionality in CDash was originally
intended to support something like VTK and VTKData (two distinct
checkouts, but associated with the same project), but as far as I
know, CDash does not use the multiple repositories in all code paths.
(i.e. -- I know there are some code paths dealing with updated files
that expect to be able to find the changes at the online "Repository
ViewerURL"...
So, I'm curious. Why are you using more than one repo for your
project? And what is your expectation with respect to CDash using
multiple repositories?

Hopefully, this is somewhat helpful,
