[Cdash] CDash Project Configuration

Hi All,

I'm new to CDash as an administrator, I used to use it only to check results
and coverage analysis.
My Question is.

I want to create a project that connect to an SVN, run a batch file, get the
results, and then publish the results to CDash.
The problem is that I'm not using CTest, I'm running test cases using RTRT
(Rational Test Real Time from IBM) and I need to publish the generated
report to CDash.
Is it possible?
And if possible how can I make it, because I found that the documentation of
CDash is very basic and I couldn't find much information on it.
