[Cdash] Test.xml submitted but not on dashboard

CDash should run with php 5.2.6. Could you check the apache or php logs 
to see if you have any fatal errors? Also could you try to set the variable:

   $CDASH_USE_COMPRESSION = 0;

in your config.local.php? and see if that help.
