[Cdash] Performance issue with coverage pge

It's more than likely.

I have added the splitting of the coverage into sections 
(low,medium,statisfactory). I think it will help targeting files with 
low coverage first and decreases the loading time. In the future we 
might bring back the server-side sorting with paging using ajax.
