[Cdash] Changes to XML format on 1.7?

Hi Perry,

Look at your submission it seems that you are submitting one Test.xml 
per test, this is causing CDash to report only one test on the main 
dashboard page. Could you combine all the tests in one XML and submit it 
as a single file?
