[Cdash] CDash 1.8 Release

On behalf of Zach, Dave, Bill, Brad, myself and the rest of the CDash 
team, we are pleased to announce that CDash 1.8.2 is available for 
download at: http://www.cdash.org

Documentation on how to upgrade from previous CDash installations is 
available at: http://public.kitware.com/Wiki/CDash:Upgrade. Note that 
CDash is now compression the code coverage and as a result the upgrade 
might take some time if you have a lot of coverage (about 2 hours for 
50GB), you should be patient.

If you have any problems or find any bugs, please report them at 
www.cdash.org/Bug.
