[Cdash] Cdash upgrade problems

thanks for the answer, problem solved, details below.

I was upgrading from 1.2.1

Doesn't work, no output in cdash.log

This worked nicely and the progress was reported in cdash.log. 

The "Upgrade CDash" button doesn't seem to submit this variable properly.
