[Cdash] Dart1 and CDash submit

 I also happen to see the CDATA in viewUpdate .. this is what the
generated source looks like:

<p></p><script LANGUAGE="JavaScript"><![CDATA[dbAdd (true, "VDP71
Updated files  (3)", "", 0, "", "1", "", "", "") [...]

 The system here seems to have php 5.0.4 and libxml2 2.6.20 - so I think
I'll try updating ..
