[Cdash] submission type/format

Hi Julien,

Thanks for the information.

I've attached a CruiseControl log file for your analysis.  Dart2 did
know how to parse CruiseControl log files so it might be as easy is just
converting that Java code to PHP.

Hi David,

Sorry for the late reply. CDash doesn't currently support build logs 
from CruiseControl. Could you log a feature request 
http://www.cdash.org/Bug? and if you could add some build logs example 
that would be great.
