[Cdash] Space in Project name

  it would be nice if there was a warning when the project contains a
space. I don't think that it currently works (well at least not for
me).

Things like:

Submit files (using http)
   Using HTTP submit method
   Drop site: http://zia/CDash/submit.php?project=GDCM 1.2


need to be quote-escape.

Renaming to GDCM-1.2 fixed my issue.
