I am a developer for the Open Motion Planning Library (OMPL). This is a C++ library with Python bindings that are generated via Py++/pygccxml. There are quite a few downloads for pygccxml listed here: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pygccxml. So there are probably quite a few other projects that indirectly use gccxml. Once castxml support within pygccxml is completed, I plan to switch to castxml right away.

Best,
Mark
