Again, that is an old alpha version.  There are no supported release
versions.  Please use the current cvs head:

cvs -d :server:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/Cable login
password: "cable"
cvs -d :server:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/Cable co Cable

or, in an existing checkout of any version:

cvs -z3 -q update -dAP
