  Description: Applies a transform or displacement field to tubes (i.e.,
  spatial objects).

USAGE:

  ./TransformTubes  [--returnparameterfile <std::string>]
                    [--processinformationaddress <std::string>] [--xml]
                    [--echo] [--useInverseTransform] [--scale <double>]
                    [--displacementField <std::string>] [--transformFile
                    <std::string>] [--] [--version] [-h] <std::string>
                    <std::string>

Where:

  --returnparameterfile <std::string>
    Filename in which to write simple return parameters (int, float,
    int-vector, etc.) as opposed to bulk return parameters (image,
    geometry, transform, measurement, table).
  --processinformationaddress <std::string>
    Address of a structure to store process information (progress, abort,
    etc.). (default: 0)
  --xml
    Produce xml description of command line arguments (default: 0)
  --echo
    Echo the command line arguments (default: 0)
  --useInverseTransform
    Instead of using the transform directly, compute its inverse and
    apply. For a displacement field, the user is responsible for inputting
    the inverse displacement field. (default: 0)
  --scale <double>
    When --transformFile is specified, additional isotropic scaling can
    also be applied. (default: 1)
  --displacementField <std::string>
    Specify the displacement field (e.g., generated using ANTS).
  --transformFile <std::string>
    Transform to apply (in ITK format). When a displacement field is
    specified, any additional transforms are currently ignored.
  --,  --ignore_rest
    Ignores the rest of the labeled arguments following this flag.
  --version
    Displays version information and exits.
  -h,  --help
    Displays usage information and exits.
  <std::string>
    (required)  Input tubes.
  <std::string>
    (required)  Output tubes.
