Sprint 1 (Jan 14 -> Feb 14)Overall accomplishment for this sprint was to create a prototype for our simulator and delve and familiarize into the interfaces we are using to create the different components for the simulation. 1. Integration of ITK into SOFA's building process 2. Create vtk mesh reader plugin 3. Create a cleaver mesher plugin for label maps (uses ITK) 4. Create a prototype scene with FEM. The interface is coded to add multiple FEM objects to the neurosurgery scene with their own properties like Poisson’s ratio and stiffness. 5. Pre-processing pipeline extracting nidus from an AMV cases. Sprint 2 (Feb 21 -> Mar 21) |
