  • Cleaned up sliding organ registration code:
    • tests on smaller images = smaller data to be distributed + faster tests
    • clean up logic - don't compute things unnecessarily when using no regularization or gaussian regularization = faster execution
    • boundary conditions
    • fixed dashboard warnings

    • started web documentation - need workflow description
